the 1st ISO 9002 Certificate in Syria in the field Lubricants manufacturing.
The Quality System applied will make sure that:
Will be executed in an efficient way in order to keep customer satisfied.
The Quality Control System defines the procedures for ordering and receiving the Raw Materials where the Base Oils and additives are imported according to the highest international standards and before receiving the materials they will be analyzed in Al Karim’s modern laboratory to make sure that the Goods are according to the contracted specifications.
Al Karim has a production system where some items are kept in stock in order to be delivered for local customers upon request. Whenever we receive a Special requirement, the production plan will be arranged in a way to satisfy customer need and keep the production execution done in smooth way.
The finished products will be delivered directly to customer or will be stored in Al Karim’s store house according to special storing conditions of finished products and then will be executed according to first-in-first-out principle. |
